Welcome! Glad you are here!
We are a Christ-centred, Bible-believing church. Everything we believe grows out of Scripture and centres on Jesus — who He is, what He has done, what He is doing now, and what He promises to do. Our desire is to know Him personally and to share His love with our community.
Jesus’ Word: The Bible
The Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are the written Word of God. Inspired by the Holy Spirit, they reveal God’s will, His character, and His plan of salvation. Jesus lived by the Scriptures and affirmed their authority. Through the Bible, He continues to speak to His people today. Scripture is a light in a dark place and the final authority for faith and life.
Matthew 4:4; 2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:19–21; Psalm 119:105
Jesus’ Life: God With Us
Jesus Christ is eternally one with the Father. He was not created, but pre-existent and divine. For our salvation, He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, and became fully human while remaining fully God. He lived a sinless life, revealed the Father’s character, died on the cross for our sins, rose again the third day, and ascended to heaven. Today, He ministers on our behalf in the heavenly sanctuary as our High Priest.
John 1:1–3, 14; Matthew 1:18–23; Hebrews 4:14–16; 8:1–2
Jesus’ Death: Our Substitute
Christ’s death on the cross was sacrificial and substitutionary. He willingly laid down His life in our place, bearing the penalty of sin for all humanity. Through faith in His perfectly obedient life and atoning death, we are forgiven, justified, and counted righteous before God. This is the gospel — the good news of salvation by grace through faith.
Isaiah 53:4–6; John 10:17–18; John 3:16; Romans 3:23–26
Jesus’ Ressurrection: Our Blessed Hope
Jesus rose bodily from the grave, conquering sin and death. His resurrection assures believers of victory over the grave. Those who have died in Christ rest in Him, awaiting the resurrection at His second coming. When He returns, the righteous dead will be raised, and together with the living righteous, will be with the Lord forever.
Revelation 1:17–18; Romans 6:8–11; 1 Corinthians 15:20–23; 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17; Ecclesiastes 9:5
Jesus’ Spirit: The Holy Spirit and Spiritual Gifts
The Holy Spirit is Christ’s representative on earth. He convicts of sin, brings about the new birth, and transforms the life of the believer. Through the Spirit, Christ dwells in His people, empowering them to live victoriously and experience abundant life. The Spirit bestows spiritual gifts for service and the building up of the Church. Among these gifts is the prophetic gift, identified in Scripture as a characteristic of God’s remnant people in the last days.
Jesus’ Righteousness: Our Example and Our Power
Jesus lived in perfect obedience to the Father, revealing a sinless and righteous life. His righteousness is credited to believers by faith. As His disciples, we follow His example — loving God supremely and serving others selflessly. Because we have been redeemed at great cost, we honour God in our bodies and in our conduct. Healthful living, integrity, and Christlike character are expressions of a transformed life.
John 8:46; Romans 3:21–26; 1 Peter 2:21–24; 1 Corinthians 6:19–20
Jesus’ Sabbath: The Lord’s Day
The seventh day (Saturday) is the Sabbath of the Lord. Instituted at Creation before sin entered the world, it is a memorial of God’s creative power and a sign of His sanctifying grace. Jesus declared Himself “Lord of the Sabbath” and faithfully observed it. The Sabbath invites us into weekly rest, worship, and renewal in Christ, foreshadowing the eternal rest He will give His people.
Genesis 2:1–3; Mark 2:27–28; Exodus 20:8–11; Hebrews 4:9–11
Jesus’ Church: His Body
The Church is the body of Christ, composed of all who place their faith in Him. Entrance into His Church comes through the new birth — by water and the Spirit. Christ loves His Church and gave Himself for her. In these last days, He calls His people to proclaim the everlasting gospel and prepare the world for His soon return.
Ephesians 1:22–23; 5:25–27; John 3:3–5; Matthew 28:18–20; Revelation 14:6–12
Jesus’ Return: Our Living Hope
Jesus Christ will return literally, physically, and visibly. The same Jesus who ascended into heaven will come again in glory. His second coming is the blessed hope of the Church and will bring an end to sin and suffering. It will mark the culmination of God’s plan of redemption.
Acts 1:9–11; Revelation 1:7; 22:20; Titus 2:13; 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17
Jesus’ Invitation: For You
Jesus invites you into a personal relationship with Him. Through repentance and faith, He offers forgiveness, new birth, and abundant life now — and the assurance of eternal life in His coming kingdom. He stands at the door and knocks.
